WHAT WE STAND FOR

Hillspring Community Partners Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves to create, maintain, and preserve affordable housing in New York City’s five boroughs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island) for low-income and minority residents. Hillspring Community Partners Inc. will raise equity to purchase multifamily properties that are eligible for NYC’s Article XI Program, a 40-year tax abatement that incentivizes developers to keep eligible properties affordable.
