WHAT WE STAND FOR
OUR MISSION
As of fall of 2022, there are more than 60,000, vacant, rent-stabilized apartments in NYC. Hillspring Community Partners Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves to create, maintain, and preserve affordable housing in New York City’s five boroughs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island) for low-income and minority residents.
Hillspring Community Partners Inc. raises equity to purchase multifamily properties that range from distressed to light capital expenditure improvements. The equity will be used to aid in bringing the assets to stabilization. Hillspring uses senior financing from institutional partners and community banks and available government subsidies to create a comprehensive capital stack for each deal.

Hillspring Community Partners Inc. is dedicated to the belief that affordable housing is a basic human right. As a minority led organization, we understand the needs of the citizens we aim to serve. We strive to address New York City's housing problem by giving support to key stakeholders and spreading awareness about this serious issue.
Our Approach to Addressing the Problem
Partnerships with Local Government
We work closely with government agencies, local developers, and local non-profits to promote policies that ensure affordable housing for all. We also advocate for additional public funding for affordable housing initiatives.
Supporting the Builders of Affordable Housing
We provide technical and financial assistance to community-based organizations that build affordable, sustainable housing for low-income families.
A Growing Housing Crisis in New York City
New York City is experiencing one of the worst housing crises in the country. As real estate prices soar and population grows, many low-income residents are living in unsanitary and overcrowded conditions. We aim to use our deal experience and robust network in the for-profit space to reverse this unfortunate trend in real time.
