Sam Haass is a Democratic political operative and strategist with over a decade of experience in elections at the municipal, state, and federal levels, as well as with national issue organizations and independent expenditures. With experience on both the most tactical and most strategic sides of politics, he has effectively and successfully managed large campaigns as well as field, finance, advance, and political departments. In 2020, Haass managed an 8-figure 501(c)(3) voter registration and turnout operation in a key battleground state, and continues to work with major political donors to create lasting political change.

CARLO STEINMAN, COO

Paul Mullaney is a Commercial Real Estate industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in the field. Most recently, Mr. Mullaney was the Chief Credit Officer of Pembrook Capital Management, a Commercial Real Estate Private Equity Fund that specializes in affordable housing. Prior to joining Pembrook in 2013, Mr. Mullaney worked at NXT where he originated bridge loans. Before NXT, Mr. Mullaney worked at BlackRock where he worked on loan restructuring of multi-tranche capitalizations and oversaw special servicer workouts.

 From 2004-2008, Mr. Mullaney led the originations of First Mortgage, Mezzanine, and Preferred Equity loans for the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast regions at Merrill Lynch. Before Merrill, Mr. Mullaney oversaw publicly traded mortgage REITS and invested in B notes, mezzanine loans, and high yield CMBS at Capital Trust. Prior to Capital Trust, Mr. Mullaney directed a commercial real estate offshore platform titled Global Realty Outsourcing where he grew the firm from six employees to over 1,200. Before that venture, Mr. Mullaney worked at Heller Financial in mezzanine and preferred equity lending. Prior to Heller, Mr. Mullaney worked at Manhattan Chase Bank and PNC Bank where he originated CMBS loans and worked in commercial loan workouts, respectively. He started his career at Resolution Trust Corporation in 1991.

PAUL MULLANEY, CFO

Olamide is a private equity professional in commercial real estate and is a recent MBA graduate from Columbia Business School, specializing in finance and real estate. Prior to Columbia, Olamide spent three years as an underwriter for Pembrook Capital Management, a Real Estate Debt Fund specializing in affordable housing, overseeing over $150MM in Commercial issuances. Before Pembrook, Olamide worked at Morgan Stanley for three years in an Operations rotational program.

In addition to his professional work, Olamide acts as an ambassador to imentor, a program that pairs college-graduated professionals with high school students for a minimum period of three years, and has done so since 2015. Olamide has also served on the Alumni Council for the Collegiate School for Boys in NYC since 2018.

Olamide holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College where he was the captain of the Men’s Track and Field Team and served in leadership capacities in other student organizations.

OLAMIDE FADAIRO, CEO

Carlo is the Public Space Management Associate for the Times Square Alliance, the Business Improvement District responsible for managing, improving, and promoting Times Square. Prior to working for the Times Square Alliance, Carlo attended NYU Wagner, where he received his Masters of Urban Planning with a focus on City and Community Planning.   

Before pursuing graduate studies, Carlo worked for four years as a Senior Research Analyst at the Research Board--a private, independent think tank focused on the intersection of business and technology and part of Gartner, the world's leading IT research and advisory organization. Other professional experiences include work with FEMA, the Jerome Gun Hill Business Improvement District, and the New York City Department of City Planning.

In addition to professional work, Carlo also devotes his time to a variety of cultural and non-profit organizations. Carlo is a board member of The Debate Society, an Obie-winning theater company, and is on the young leadership committees for the New York Public Library and Playwrights Horizons. Carlo is also the founding co-chair of the Rising Leaders Committee at Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE), the country's largest food allergy advocacy organization. 

 Carlo holds a B.A. in Classics, with honors in both the major and the College, from the University of Chicago, where he was awarded the Classics Prize for the best record of achievement in the major.
